alice gate voip 2 plus wi-fi problem updating

hi i have the same problem as costnowt as i am trying to use portforwarding for utorrent and using the getting started check list i have problems with 'updating the router'
here is the log that's been generated

ok lets try a few things real fast.

First, run the repair IE tools under the advanced menu.

2nd, remove the username and password from the program, then turn off silent mode under the advanced menu and try it again.

well did the repair ie and turned off silent mode although i couldn't remove username and password from the program(how do you do it?) still i retried updating router and i have more promising results now...

Lets check to make sure your router isn't simply a different model or version of the one in the program. If need be I can have you download and use http://www.pcwintech.com/router-screen-capture
Use it to view every page in the router, I need them all so I can make the screen shot pages, guides and get it added to the program. Wouldn't take me log either

when your all done with it the program will take you to the upload page, if not just email the zip file it creates to me
