port Forwarding for StarCraft BroodWar (Problem)

hey there again, so here's the problem, i've open the ports for starcraft broodwar, but i can't host games, Blizzard told me that i needed to port forward it-_-(i already did that) right now i can't understand why i am unable to host games on it! i would appreciate some help once again xD !

open the simple port

open the simple port forwarding program and run the port tester under the tools menu and make sure the ports are open and working.
