Okay...we will get you up and running as soon as we can.  If Shane is about to provide some remote support then that will be the quickest way to get your issue resolved.

If there is anything I can do to help in the meantime feel free to let me know.

we tried everything, shane sent me a new version of the program, sent shane 26 screens about my router page, only thing we can do is teamviewer.. but he needs to come online :'(
been waiting whole day..

I just talked to Shane and he said he is out helping a customer right now but wanted me to tell you that he will be home in a few hours and plans to contact you on messenger.

The time (for him) is currently 12:15 so if you will be around in few hours you should hear from him and he will get your issue resolved.

If you want me to take a look via TeamViewer I should be available a little before Shane and I might be able to make some headway.  If I'm not able to help you before Shane available he'll take over.

sorry I missed you, that's what sucks about the time difference! I am going to be gone all day tomorrow (Wednesday) I have 6 customers I have to go fix their computers.

To bad your not up right now, wouldn't take me long to find the problem, I have yet to be beat by any router ! lol

Look under "Program Files\Captures"

Look under "Program Files\Captures".  You should see everything the program captured there.  Let me know if you can't find it.
