How to apply ignore list changes

"AFTER ANY CHANGES MADE TO THIS FILE PLEASE RUN Apply_Ignore_List BAT FILE"

There is no such bat file in the portable version. Pls advise how to apply the ignore list changes.

In the setup version the bat

In the setup version the bat files copy the ignore list and cleanmem to the system32 dir. in the portable its not doing that. So as long as the list is in the same dir as cleanmem your good to go :-)
