If vista isn't shutting down

If vista isn't shutting down (as with any version of windows) then it is hanging on trying to close a process or a service.

You may want to try the reg tweak to have windows auto kill programs & services that are not responding, this should keep windows from failing to shutdown again.

Let me know if you need the reg setting.
