So far we have covered all the bases. You have done everything correctly. I think you may have a faulty router.

One last thing to try.

Remove all the rules you made. Then enabled DMZ (A open every port rule) and point it to your computer. Then try the port tester.

It wont enable because my ip is static and it needs DHCP. I tryed to use DMZ plus mode before i made my ip static but to no avail. Thanks for helping i guss its time to call up AT&T and tell them to send a replacement. But encase i ever need to change it back to an DHCP allocated IP how would i do that?

Disable your static IP. The 2wire goes by computer name normally anyways so a static Ip isnt really needed.

Once the static IP is off try the DMZ test

Make sure the port tester is allowed int he firewall and give it a another shot

If DMZ is working then every single port should be open to you.

Seems like the router is having trouble.

It is always possible it is your firewall software, but right now it does seem to be the router

Thanks for the help , i now know that i need a new router.  :artist: Im guessing that if i call them and tell them the router is faulty they would replace it? (My ISP is AT&T and they actually wanted to charge me when i called them and told them my problem) Really they shouldn't charge for something that shouldn't be broken . Thanks for your time if there's any i can help you back i would be glad to.

I don't know how they will be. You will be talking to a person who isn't a tech. Just a person working to pay their bills.

So you will need to convince them it needs replace. This isn't always easy.

Here is what I tell people after I help them.

If your happy with my work. Then all I ask in return is you simply let others know about my site and programs. I help with anything computer or network related :-)
Also always feel free to make a post in the feedback forum.
And a facebook like at the top of the page of my site is nice as well. ;)
