A question more Shane.
If you have two connections how goes the netgear router ?

1. Load-balance the two connection at the same time is able to find a new signal in each of the two channels (signal) and when one fails goes to another (failover) ?
Are these two processes concurrents ?
Can you use load-balance and failover at the same time ?

Yes. By having 2 connections the router will split what connections go to which to balance it out. If one fails then all will go through the one active connection, thus still balancing it
