I am going to need a little more info than that

Post a screen shot of the results of the port tester. Then post a screen shot of the port forwarding page in the router.

Lets go from there

Ok port forwarding rule looks fine.

In the router go to DMZ host. Make sure it is disabled

OK it is disabled. For DMZ if 0 is in there then that means disabled.

Ok lets check one more thing in the router.

On the status or WAN page, find the WAN or Internet IP. Does it match the IP on this page?

OK everything should be working.

Ok lets try this as a test. Go to the DMZ page. And where you seen the 0 replace it with a 4

This will be pointing to your computer. Then run my port tester.

DMZ is a open all ports rule. Lets see what this does for us

Norton security has a firewall in it and think it is blocking my port tester

Do you have a 2nd computer we can test with that doesn't have Norton on it? This way if port forwarding works to it then we know it is Norton on your system causing the problem.

And of course you can try disabling Norton and trying my port tester again as well.
