PC upgrade

So i have been thinking alot even tho i just got a new processor i was thinking of upgrading this pc and put the old stuffs into another comp which i can give to my brother i dont have loads of moneys but i have been thinking of something like this. but im not so good at things like this and would want an opinion about these things.

Then i got like an old pci sound card and ethernet card etc. some stuffs that im sure works fine with this. and ofcourse a chassi that have enough space

So i got some money in christmas gift and i was thinking of buying that xeon processor and the msi z68 motherboard and like 6gb of ram with a new chassi but currently i got a 500 watt power supply what would be good with the radeon 6780 the xeon processor and z68 motherboard i doubt 500 watt is enough for that so how many watts would you go for?

I aim for 600 watts or more. The goal is to have more than what you need. :wink:
