Trying to log into my DVR.
« on: December 01, 2011, 03:44:27 PM »
Hi again, well now it is set to log into my DVR.  If i do the "test" button on the Lorex Portforwarding utility, i can put in the ID and password and get in.  However, if i try using the free Dnns utility, i.e. ndpgdseccam.lorexddns.net  it say "no page is found"  Any ideas?

thanks

What web port is your DVR using?

Your router may not like reverse NAT

SO when home and on the same network as your DVR use the local IP. When outside your home like I am you use your internet IP or the ddns name
