Looks like it isnt logging in. Can you confirm you can log in with the user name and password you put in the program?

Do you have the correct username and password in the program now?

Also can you post a screen shot of the main window of the program?

When the program does the first few steps, do you see the username and password get entered into the page?

OK then either you dont have the right user name and password in the program, or the program isnt allowed to click the login button on the page.

Go to your IE security settings. What level is it currently set at?

That seems ok.

Ok try this. In the program under the advanced menu, click enable debug mode.

Then run the update router. The program will now wait for you to click the button to move to each step.

Let me know what happens after the click login step is ran

Ok, so at first step 6 to 11 failed again, but I then logged in on my landlord's computer and all steps were successful except 11, which said nothing. Then I tried again on my machine and all steps were successful, but the port test failed.

Post a screen shot of the port forwarding page in the router and a screen shot of the port tester results.

This way i can see if things are setup correctly :-)

Finally got it! I had changed my ip to one generated  by an internet checker rather than using my computer's ip on Telus' router program. Port tester indicates success now. Thanks for your patience, Shane! Much appreciated.
