Your xbox is ticking me off LOL

Ok do this. DMZ is a open every port rule. In the TP link go to the DMZ page, enable it and put the IP of the xbox in. Save the page then reboot the xbox and lets see how it goes.

Lets try connecting the Xbox to the Thomson, remove the port forwarding in the Thomson, make sure UPnP is in the Thomson is enabled and see how the xbox does.

AT this point I am thinking it is one of the routers that is causing the problem. The Thomson has a lot of known problems. But by having the xbox connected to it and UPnP it just might work.

Let me know :-)

Sorry I took my time, work and exams  I tried the xbox directly to the thomson and it was still on strict nat  this is becoming one of the most frustrating things.

Looks like it might be the thomson causing the problem.

But first lets make sure your ISP doesnt have you behind a 2nd network.

In the thomson find its WAN or Internet IP address. Does it match the IP on this page?

When you had the xbox hooked to the thomson I want you to remove the port forwarding rules it has and enable UPnP.

If it still fails then I think the thomson is the problem.
