Then it looks like it is the DVR having the problem.

It isn't getting the correct IP info from the router and doesn't even show up in the router list.

Then we set the IP info to static and we still couldn't connect to it.

Yet other devices hooked to the router work just fine, so we know it isn't the router :wink:
