Use what I use. teamviewer.com

Put it on your work computer. Right down the ID it gives you and set a password.

Then when home use teamviewer, put in the ID and password and your all set

If remote desktop in windows wont work you will need to use a 3rd party program.

Why not use the free version of teamviewer?

You have others as well.
