Cannot ping to device

I have a Lorex LH 110 Eco and I have used the Auto Port Fowarding software. My router cannot ping with my device.
I have all the ports open, so Im told, but I have this post comming up from my(update router page)
Step 13. click_link_last_only("to_submit(document.forms[0])")
Looking For Link: to_submit(document.forms[0])

What am I doing wrong?

Post a screen shot of the program when it updates the router, this will let me see whats happening :wink:

When the window is open hit the prtscn button on your keyboard.
Open paint, go to edit and then paste. Save it as a jog and attach it to a post :-)

Thats 192.168.1.2 you have the port forwarding rules pointing to .104

Open the program, on the last step click view/remove ports and go to the port forwarding page, change the IP in the rules to 2 and hit save.

I did that and it still dont work.
I disabled 104, it won't let me delete it

No dont disable or delete it, just change it to point to the correct IP of the dvr :wink:

Also in the linksys go to the status page, for Internet IP does it match the ip on this page?

Also make sure DMZ is turned off in the router as well.
