I helped another user a while back, the Verizon tech set the port forwarding rules wrong, had forwarded every single port to the tv lol

He had to call and have tech support fix it over the phone. You may need to do the same. :wink:

Alright, I'll see what it is. I have TV/Internet/Phone package so it may be that the port forwarding is set wrong. Thanks for the help!
