Not sure why you posted in the CleanMem forum but I moved your post.

I don't know how to reset your DVR since you didn't give me any info. What model is it? I can look up the reset instructions for you. If we cant find any then you just need to call the DVR's tech support and they will tell you how to reset it.

Odd I cant find that model on google anywhere.

You could try the default 30/30/30 reset trick that you do for routers.

Normal resets include, holding the reset button in for 30 sec while it is powered on, keep holding it, unplug the power, keep holding the reset button for 30 sec then plug it back in while still holding it. Wait 30 sec then let go of the reset.

If I can find the proper model I should be able to find the manual for it. The model you gave me doesn't show up anything in Google, have you tried to find the product page for it yet?

This is a long shot but try this.

Press the menu button on the DVR.  When prompt for a password, press the follow buttons on the DVR in this order: STOP --> PLAY --> STOP--> SEARCH --> PTZ --> PIP -->1 --> 2 --> OK (or Enter).  You will be logged into the DVR as the administrator.  Select Configuration from the System Menu.  Then, select password Setup from the confuration menu.  The password setup screen will display your current password.
