If you have WRT54G then why did you use the WRT160N in the program?
The WRT54G has a few different versions, try each one and one of them will work

Post a screen shot of any page in your router. I will be able to see the firmware and model number and tell you which to use

The program tries to auto detect your router, only works with linksys and netgear. Just post that screen shot and we will go from there :-)

Then that one works for you. Port Overlap means you already have a rule with that port on the page. You can only forward a port to one machine at a time
