There are two of them in the program. AT&T and AT&T v6.
Which ever one your trying, try the other one

I don't have your model yet.

You missed a ton of pages

When you click on a tab at the top, you will have another sub menu below it.

Also can you post a screen shot when you try to have the simple port forwarding program update the router? I would like to see what it has on the screen when it tries.

I have attached a screen shot and circled the other menus you are missing.
I cant get on chat right now, spending time with the family during the weekends

Also get me that screen shot of my program when it tries to update the router. I would like to see whats going on.

Because looking at the screens the 2Wire - 3800HGV-B (AT&T v6 Firmware) should have worked. So I need to see how far the program is making it

the dmz guide helped not getting message not found any more but still failed I noticed something I didn't before
spf has ip (ms-6e713d78f171
2wire page has same ip but this unknown0040CA92BDEB 2 different names why is that

how to get screen shots what program 2 use

I want 2 screen shots.

1. Of the main window of the program
2. A screen shot of the program as it tries to update the router.

Here is how you do it.

Hit the prtscn button on your keyboard.
Then open paint, go to edit then paste.
Save it as a jpg.

Do the same for the next picture.

When posting you will see an attach option on the page
