Simple Port Forwarding v3.2.4 429 Error

Hey.
10 minutes ago i just downloaded Simple Port Forwarding v3.2.4.
I installed it,and when i opened the application it was loading and after an error occured.
"ERROR:429
ActiveX component can't create object
Looks like the program had trouble getting started!
Please check for help or report this error at ...
The Program Will Now Close."

I really dont know what's the problem...but i really need this program!
Please guys...can someone tell me what to do step by step?

I'm running Windows XP and i belive its 32bit (cuz i dont see any x64 edition in my computer properties)

Error 429 means that one of the external file the program needs isn't on the system or installed correctly.

SO now lets figure out what

First thing is to see how MDAC is on the system. This is what the program uses to load the database. SO download my test MDAC program here

And post the results. Then we will go from there

Looks like we found the problem

What service pack do you have installed on your system?

Lets try the mdac repair tool and see if it can correct the errors the mdac test got.
