OK I am getting lost to which cable have plugged into where lol.

Here is how it should be. The network cable coming from the modem plugs into the WAN port on the router.
Then a network cable from the router plugs into your computer.

When you set it up this way you may need to repower the modem as well :wink:

lol i retried everything you told me , and it all worked ! i checked the port tester and it sayed that the port 25565 was open ! thank you so much !!!! :cheesy:

The ISP tech who set you up didn't know what he was doing LOL

Since your all fixed I will lock this thread, :wink:

And as always...
