Port forwarding rule looks good

SO now we need to start going down this list
http://www.pcwintech.com/common-problems-fixes-port-forwarding

So real quick, check 2 things in the router.

1. Log into the router and find its WAN or Internet IP address. Does it match the address on this page?
http://www.pcwintech.com/myip

2. Make sure DMZ is off in the router

Lets go from there

I checked the Internet IP and it showed the same address in the link you gave me ,
and DMZ was already disabled .
but i couldnt find the Internet ip on the router , so i went to this website http://www.whatismyip.com/
i checked my firewall settings and nothing was wrong , i downloaded  the multiple router detector , and it only showed 1 router.
and... is this normal ? ( no WAN ip in the router ? )

Going to http://www.whatismyip.com/ is no different than going to myip page on my site lol

It is very strange that your router isnt showing the WAN ip. And this might be a clue to the why the port forwarding isnt working.

A lot of times the modem from the ISP is also a router. By checking the WAN ip of the router we can tell, does it have a local IP or does it have the internet IP? Thats what we need to find out.

So lets try this, power cycle the router and wait for it to come back online then check that WAN status page again and see if it shows the IP finally

How do you have things wired?

What cable in the router is going to what, and what port in the router is each cable plugged into?

Can you take a pic of the back of the router for me with a camera?

Only reason why I ask is I am trying to find the reason for the WAN showing all 0's and I want to count cabling out of the way

Trying to determine if it is a faulty router or something else.
