Ok so we know your good there. So now lets check some more things.

In the router, go to the DMZ page. Is it disabled or enabled?

OK, we need to find out if the problem is the router or your computer. Do you have another system we can port forward to, to test?

So far everything looks correct on the port forwarding rules.

So we need to look at your system.

What antivirus/firewall do you have installed?

yes its on, im glad we have something in common haha, i gotta go but we can continue tomorow if thats ok, if youve got teamviewer you can take over my laptop and do it it will save a lot of time, thanks for the help so far

I save teamviewer as a last resort, but we are getting there lol.

Try power cycling the router, sometimes the port forwarding wont work till its been restarted.
