port forwarding with DVR and simple port forwarding software

I have a verizon actiontec router MI424WR rev f. Only 1 router found at I/P 192.168.1.1

Using your software to forward ports 80,9000, and 100 of my dvr. I/P 192.168.1.3

Everything seems to go OK.  But port test always fails. Looking at the router directly for port forwarding, it appears that they are forwards are present and active. I even tried to set them up manuallywithin the router, picking the dvr I/P from a drop-down menu,  and they still fail your test
I looked at the most common reasons that the prots fail and don't see an answer there.

The port tester will fail no matter what. It is meant to test the ports on your computer. Since they are pointing to your DVR the port test fails, so don't worry about that

Also check the DMZ in your modem/router as well and make sure it is off. Once done I will see if I can connect to you
