I save chat and teamviewer as last steps

If you are behind a bt home hub and a echolife then you are behind 2 routers.

This should get your going

First, how do you have things hooked up?

Does the dsl line go into the echo life. Then from there you have a network cable going to the bt homehub?

No need.

Log into the bt home hub. Find its WAN IP address. Write it down.
On the same page as the WAN IP you will see the gateway. That is the IP you use to log into the echolife

Follow the instructions on the page link I gave you and go from there.

Are you putting in the gateway IP that was on that page?

What IP are you trying?

Your echolife must be in bridge mode. So it is no longer acting as a router. So no need to worry about this part :-)

What I would like you to do is post 2 screen shots for me.
1. Open a command window and put in ipconfig, get me a screen shot showing your computers local IP
2. Go to the port forwarding page in the bt home hub and get me a screen. This will let me see if your port forwarding rules are done right.

Lets go from there

OK I see the ports for the rule. But is the rule applied?

Once you make a rule like you have there, you have to then assign it to a computer or IP on the other page.

Did you use my simple port forwarding program to do the rules?
