Ah! That is because it is set in bridge mode. Which means it passes the internet IP to another device. Such as your computer or another router.

What is the IP of your computer?
Open a command window and put in ipconfig to get the ip

Your still getting a local IP even though your router is in bridge mode.

You need to call your ISP and ask them to take it out of bridge mode. That will get NAT working for you again

This is the best thing to do since no other router is hooked up and your computer isnt getting the internet IP from the router anyways.
