ok, not sure what i did last night but i went into the internet settings and removed the rule i set for the port forwarding and set 2 new ones, both to the same port one on the tcp setting and 1 for the udp setting. retested with your port checker and got a success msg on both.   Tested server, it works!!!

Looks like a bug ion the router then. Setting the rule to "both" seems to have the bug. May want to check for a firmware update.
