Ports wont open. Simmens Gigaset se567

I am having issues with Port Forwarding my simmens Gigaset se567. What i did. made a port exception in firewalls. went to 192.168.1.254. port forwarded with my ip. and checked the ports.  i've tried all the ips that it could possibly be. I've had the actual programmer of the software that i need to open ports for he cant seem to figure it out. i've tried the port openning program, and manually doing it. so yeah. i also checked the common mistake page but none of those seem to apply to me. i did have two routers according to your router program but i cant login to the second. it cant find the server so im assuming that doesn't apply to me.

i've tried turning off all the firewalls for. i removed my anti virus software but nothing seems to work. im assuming its something simple and im to newbie to know it but

If you are behind two routers then you can't do anything if you can't access the other router. Do this, log into your router and check the WAN/Internet IP address and see if it is the same one here. If it's different then you are behind another router. Let me know what you see.

The port forwarding rule for Minecraft (25565) isn't pointing to right address. It is pointing to your Internet IP address. It needs to point to your computer's IP address. You can find that by opening a command prompt and typing "ipconfig /all".

The other rules (for Runescape perhaps) is set up for a proper IP address (192.168.1.64). Is that address your computer's?

ok. so, that fixed and according to http://www.pcwintech.com/port_test.php?
my port is still closed, with all firewalls and such closed. maybe its a double router. did i check that right?

my ipv4 adress is 172.16.42.6 thats the computer ip right?

Also is a static ip a necessity? or can this work without one

Dont use just the webpage to test the port. Something has to be listening and accept the connection for the port test to work. that's where my port tester comes in

If you open a command prompt and type "ipconfig /all" what is the default gateway? Also, what is the IP address of your router? These should be the same, if they aren't then you have probably have a second router.

they are different. default gateway is 192.168.1.2

i cannot use firefox to access the default gateway ip. is there any way i can do this?

What page do you get if you go to http://192.168.1.2 ?

192.168.1.2 is an odd gateway, just for fun try this one

What would the default default gate way be, i may have changed it.

That was a a pic of your system and it was 192.168.2.1 not 192.168.1.2

So log into http://192.168.2.1 and tell em what  you get
