Dont worry about those fails, that's because the login screen isn't coming up as your already logged in.

If TCP works and UDP fails, this is almost always caused by your antivirus software. It might have a firewall in it and it blocks UDP (To prevent UDP floods)

So check your firewall software and make sure it is set to let it through

Not a fan of norton my self lol
But the Norton 360 does have a firewall in it and it is blocking the UDP.
You could just right click on the norton icon and disable the firewall then try the port tester again

yea but then when I turn my firewall back on wouldn't it just block it again? if thats the case how do I just add to my firewall to make it not block the UDP? as in, what exactly should "add" to my firewall to keep the UDP unblocked

I don't know with Norton.

Normally you should just open Norton, go to the firewall options, and you should have an option for the rules

A router is a hardware based firewall. So unless you want to block programs from getting onto the net, the firewall software is pointless

But that's a whole other thing lol.

See if this helps.

LOL looks like you set something wrong in norton.

I am sorry I cant be much help with norton as I dont have it installed and never use it. I use avira myself (www.free-av.com)
I cant know every program lol

Like I said before, you dont need the norton firewall. Your already behind a firewall (The router)
Your not going to be in any danger if you leave it disabled while you play.

If you dont want to do that I would remove the rule you made to get TCP working again.
Check the advanced settings for the firewall and turn off the UDP protection, that will most likely fix it.

In Norton Network Settings, Smart Firewall, click Configure
  • next to Program Control.  Do you see the program listed there?  If so, make sure it is set to Auto or Allow.
