Yeah if a default user name and password doesn't work there isnt anything I can do. If it is a modem from the ISP they would have the login info, and they will give it to you if you call :-)

No, you need the login info, it has nothing to do with your system.

You need to call your isp and ask for the password for the router, they will give it to you.
