You might have trouble using outside links. Like Shane said, you have to use Internet Explorer. I tried with IE, Firefox, and a version of Chromium (what Google Chrome is made from) and only IE was working (and that was with compatibility mode).

If you are using a smartphone then you need to look for an App from the company of the DVR to get the best results. Hopefully they have one made.

Try 3777 instead of 37777.  I have found 37777 in the printed manual for the DVR and 3777 in the online version.

Thanks for the tip. I'd follow the online info over the printed info in almost all cases.
