You need to forward all 3 ports on that page, 37777 - 37778 & 80

Looks good. But I cant connect to you, I think your router is using port 80.

So do this. Go to the DVR port page again, change the http port to 8080, and then save.
Then go to the port forwarding rule and change the rule for 80 to 8080.

Let me know and I will try to connect to it.
