I guess I'm good to go Shane. For other users who read this thread CleanMem did not cause the trouble I encountered. Upgrading to 2.0.1 only embellished an existing problem with SP 1 not installing correctly as I mentioned in my last post. I would like to thank you very much again for the time spent helping me Shane and may I be so bold as to call you my friend. Best wishes for you and your loved ones my friend.
