More than enough

Get your hands on another power supply, from a friend or another system just to test and see if the crashes keep happening.

It will be

Your not putting the system under a heavy load and running everything at max, it will be enough for you

Ok I will do that tonight. I don't think I've said it yet, but thank you so much for all your help. You've been a total lifesaver.

Sorry I just got back to this. I've been out at the park with my family today.

Anyways. I would bet a bad power supply as that's the most common component failure in a system and if the PSU goes bad or if you don't have a quality one then it could also damage anything in your system, including the Motherboard.

If you know that 450w works alright then you should definitely try it out.
