Kill Frozen Programs

This may sound foolish but....

for the Kill Frozen Programs app is there to keep in running in the background or do I just minimize the app after Windows starts up?

Just minimize it

I made it for when a person is in a game and the game crashes, they can kill it and get back to the desktop without having to reboot

But of course you can use it for other things as well
