not found error message

i downloaded this program when i couldn't figure out how to open a port for utorrent.  after downloading the program and entering my router info  i get  a message that says not found.  i'm using a linksys WRT54GS (Linksys v7 Firmware).  any help would be greatly appreciated

look for "Additional Options..." at the bottom when posting :-)

Also the prtscn button is on the top right of your keyboard.

i know where the print screen button is but i don't know how to bring it up in paint so i can attach it

prtsnc saves a picture of your desktop to the clipboard is all.

Thats not the IP to the router. Click the button right next to it and it should pull it for you.
For a linksys the normal router IP is 192.168.1.1

i changed the router number to what u suggested and it didn't solve the issue....same error occurs

But is that the right router IP? if you click the arrows next to it, it will show your network info. The gateway is normally your router IP.

If it is the correct IP then try removing the user name and password from the program.
Sometimes linksys doesn't like having it in there.

Just got done putting the turkey in the oven for thanksgiving  :wink:

when i clicked the button to the right it changed router ip to 173.172.224.1..says its a Realtek RTL8102E Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet NCI...thanks for the help on the holiday...i've been working on this for a week since i put in a new antivirus software and havent gotten anywhere

Thats odd to get that router IP.

Do me a fav. click the arrow button again. See the IP address? Does it match the Ip that shows up on the port tester page?
