Bandwidth Quota Monitor

Hi there, greetings from Melbourne Australia. I have just installed Simple Internet Meter Lite and so far am enjoying learning to understand and use all the information provided. I am very interested in keeping track of my bandwidth Quota Usage and so far I cannot find how to turn that monitor on. Please advise how to.  Thanks. Regards. Annie James.
