Yes it does have for both rules and I had it that way but since UDP wasn't working I decided to try one rule individually.

OK get rid of the 4 rules. make 2 new ones and have them set to both.

In helping others, 9 times out of 10, when TCP works and UDP doesn't it has been because the antivirus/firewall software was blocking UDP.

What antivirus do you have?

Okay I will do that.

I have EsetNod32 and Malwarebytes, I uninstalled ZoneAlarm earlier with their removal tool.

I bet you a good cigar it is Nod32 :-)
It has a built in firewall, check those settings and make sure UDP is allowed :-)

Yeah, it's probably Nod32.  I've seen that too.  Shane, I'll let you split that cigar with me if you're right.

I dont use Nod32 my self, but you should be able to modify the firewall rules, perhaps it shows how in its help file?

I remember helping someone set up an exception last year so you should be able to.  I don't use it myself either so I can't tell you any more than "make an exception".

Yeah, we're computer nerds, but we like it that way.   :artist:

Glad you enjoy the help, we look forward to seeing you around.  Feel free to chime in if you see a post neither of us have addressed.

When you've got your firewall fixed just post and let us know and then the thread can be locked.

Locking thread

And as always...
If your happy with my work. Then all I ask in return is you simply let others know about my site and programs. I do a lot more than port forwarding :-)
Also always feel free to make a post in the feedback forum.
