"Offline and cannot be reached"

Hello everyone i used the simple port forwarding program and everything worked fine until when i was gonna forward a port it was the port 27010 for my server on the game "Garry's Mod" it said "27010 is offline and cannot be reached"

any help?

Lets make sure the port forwarding rule is setup properly 

Post a screen shot of the main windows of simple port forwarding, this will let me see your local IP. Then post a screen shot of the port forwarding page in your router, this will let me check if the rule is added right
