What IP are you trying to put into the rule? it should be the local IP of your computer :-)

I have the v7 myself.

Here is how to port forward (if you need it)
http://www.pcwintech.com/port-forwarding-netgear-wgr614-v9-netgear-firmware

and here is what to do with multiple routers :-)
http://www.pcwintech.com/how-setup-two-or-more-routers-together-port-forwarding-port-triggering

Let me know if you need any help with those, but try it first your self. If you have trouble I want to know, this way I can make these guides better and easier to understand.

I downloaded the Static Ip tool and When I try to use it it say's "Access Denied" I've tryed finding a was to connect it with the router but I wasent able to. When I try to enable the staic Ip it require's 2 DNS IP's a Primary and a Secondary. But there is one bright spot to report I was able to make the DMZ server my defalt server

Ps I found the 2nd router number is 192.168.1.1 if that even help's

You don't always need to set your computer to a static IP. But the static IP tool does need to be an as Administrator.
Also remember the static IP tool is for your computer and not the router.

Here is what you need to do 2 get the 2 routers to play nice with port forwarding.

Log into your main router that your computer is hooked up to and that the port forwarding rules are added to.
Then find the WAN/Internet IP for the router. Write it down.
Now log into the 2nd router/modem, in this case you said it was http://192.168.1.1
Find the DMZ page and put the IP that you wrote down in there, enable and save.

Now the port forwarding rules should work and the 2nd router is now out of the way.

It's not letting me log on to a second router. It's strange to me because we dont even have a second router in the house so I have no idea why it's even reading a second router

Your modem is the other router. Unless they have you behind a network of their own (your ISP)

Ok wow this is all very confusing but I'm probley makeing this alot harder than it is. Ok I dont necessarily need to make my Ip address static. I've gone over your how-to's many time's so I'm starting to get a inderstanding of everything But one problem I still have is I'm unable to log on to the 2nd router because I dont know where or how.

Its ok your doing fine :-)

The problem is until you can log into your modem you wont be able to get port forwarding working. Perhaps your ISP has a different password on it.

What model is your modem?

Look at the modem, any brand on it? turn it upside down, should be a stick saying the make and model.

Ah then how they have you setup is behind another network. You wont be able to log in, which means you wont be able to get port forwarding working :-(
