First thing to do is get some information so I can see whats going on :-)

You say your having trouble with the program. So lets start there.

First post a screen shot of the main windows of my simple port forwarding program.
Then post a 2nd screen shot of the program when you click the update router button.

OK looks like the port forwarding rule got added just fine.  :cheesy:
SO now we need to check down the list to why it is failing
http://www.pcwintech.com/common-problems-fixes-port-forwarding

But I am willing to bet your ISP has you behind a 2nd network which is keeping the port forwarding from working.
Find the WAN/Internet IP in the router. Does it match the ip that shows up on the port tester page?

Well hi!

The bad news is this is now up to your ISP. Some ISP's make you pay for a static IP to get out from being behind that 2nd network. So you need to call your ISP and see if they even offer it.

I never setup things on the ISP side of things, but I have talk to people who have. They are multiple reason why they do this. Some do it to preserve the amount of internet IP address they have. Others (A lot of them) do it to prevent port forwarding and people from hosting things and file sharing.

But a static internet IP Which you have to pay for) get you around this.

I know for a fact you can on the ISP side on a wireless connection. I have customers on wireless that can port forward with no problem.

Either the tech has no clue or they don't allow it.

What did they say when you asked about buying a static internet IP?

Sounds like they don't have a clue. Sorry but at this point there isn't anything you can do. You may need to try to talk to someone besides the low tech you get on the phone. Who is your ISP? I can try to Google if they offer static IP's.

Sorry I don't know how much P700 is lol
There isn't anything you can really do since the problem is on the ISP side. Only option is a different ISP that doesn't have this block set up.
