Cant get into my router page "Forbidden"

A few weeks now i havent been able to get into my router page (192.168.1.1) for some reason. It just comes up all white and with a little text that says (forbidden). Before that happend everything worked just fine and i could do all kind of things. But now it just shows this:

I have tryed almost everything. Just cant get into my router. I have tryed turning it off for a good 30 minutes. Nothings working ;S.

Looks like you need to do a reset on it. Is it just a router or a dsl modem as well?

it's only a router. And by "reset" do you mean turn it off then turn it on after a couple of minutes or is reset another kind of thing? Since turning it off is what i have done ... ;S

Edit: It is a Zyxel P-320w

It should have a reset button on the back, which puts everything back to defaults. Including the username and password.

Reason why I ask is it a dsl modem is dsl needs a username and password to get on line, resetting it will lose that info and you would need to put it back in.
