Ports have closed and cant update router Help please.

I don't know what has happened but prevously open ports seemed to have closed and I cant seem to update my router.

I ran the update in debug mode and got this.

Can you take a screenshot for me when the program tries to update the router? This will help me see whats going on.

Also the Thomson's are bad at remembering computer names and their IPs. There ends up being multiple of the same computer name in the router so the ports point to the wrong IP.
The fix for that is to remove the duplicates  I can help with that if needed.

Yeah I love some help I don't have a clue what I'm doing.

Edit some thing seems to have changed as I'm getting a warning that I have the wrong password to update the router.  The password I'm using is the same as the username: admin.

ok 2 things. First it is odd your getting a blank page. remove the username and password from the program. Then turn off silent mode under advanced.

2nd, your local ip is 192.168.1.198, but the port forwarding rule is pointing to 1.64. You may want to update the rule to your local IP if it is your computer your trying to port forward to

The router IP should be the IP of the router. The button next to it will get it for you.
If you look at the top of the program you will see current local IP which is now .65 (Dont know why your IP is changing so much)

Then in the list in the program you see your port forwarding rule is pointing to .64.
Edit that rule and put .65 in there instead.

I took the picture you posted and marked it.

First thing to do. Remove the user name and password from the program.
After that click advanced at the top. The first option is silent mode. Take the check mark off of that.

Now back in the main window of the program under the column "Forwarded To" for blood bowl. You need to double click on it to edit it. Then for the IP put in 192.168.1.65, save it.

Now click update router and see what happens

Your ISP must have a different password on the router. You should give them a call and ask for it

It says that the name already exists, but I haven't been able to find anyway of deleting the old one and when I try to create a new entry it tells me that the name already exists.

You click the add or edit applications link at the bottom of the page, you can remove it there.
