I'm getting the feeling that THOMSON changed their router pages, so I'll also do a router screen  capture tomorrow, in the meantime, if anyone could let me know if I can fix this problem without doing so, I'd appreciate it.

I dont have the port forwarding for them done yet.

Can you take a screen shot when the program tries to update the router? it stops at Step 14. click_button_if_in_combo_false("10")

IM not sure if the script is off just yet. DO me a fav wait till step 20 to take a screen shot. From the one you showed me it did click the next button like it is suppose to, I see the page is loading. I want to see what happens after that

Well, I waited for the page to change, there's no change after step 14, and the error seems to begin on step 17. In any case, here's the screenshot taken at step 20 like you asked.

There must be a reason the page stops, make sure to try it with silent mode off under the advanced menu. Also make sure the name of the entry isn't already in the router, if it is the same name that could be what is causing it to stop.

So, the port I was trying to add, in fact was already added, so I erased it manually, and proceeded to add it again with SPF. Here's the new log, seems the port is still offline.
